Standard Refund Policy
We have a 60-day return policy for non-perishable items, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a refund or return. To start a refund or return, you can contact us at orders@vinnuti.com
Your refund is subject to our determination, but we aim to uphold the highest standards of customer service and fulfill our satisfaction guarantee.
To process your refund, in certain circumstances, we will ask you to return your order.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on perishable food items, sale items, or gift cards.
Reporting issues with your order
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 30 days at orders@vinnuti.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please attach relevant photos to help us with resolving the issue promptly.
Return of defective, damaged, or wrong items
We may request you to return the items back to us for inspection and will provide you with a free return shipping label.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
In case we are not able to resolve an issue with your order, we may decide to refund your purchase. The refund will be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
